Academic Papers

Rutgers University School of Public Affairs and Administration requires that students be proficient in five core competencies as part of its curriculum. These competencies include: to articulate and advance the public service perspective; to communicate and interact productively with diversity, a changing workforce, and society at large; to lead and manage in the public interest; to participate in and contribute to the policy process; and to analyze, think critically, solve problems, making evidence-informed decisions. Each competency has a selected work that demonstrates proficient understanding of these concepts.  This collective proficiency is also displayed in my thesis paper which provided the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) with a clean energy deployment strategy for New Jersey from 2026-2030.
