Welcome to my academic portfolio.  I am a public administration academic driven by the belief that effective governance lies at the intersection of informed public opinion, evidence-based public policy, and apolitical administrative integrity.  My studies have centered around policy analysis with significant consideration to climate change mitigation and sustainable energy policy.  

 

Beyond environmental policy my interests extend to the structural dynamics of partisan politics, public financial management, and administrative designs.  I studied how political polarization shapes administrative decision-making and how financial management can serve as a stabilizing force amid ideological division.

 

This portfolio reflects a commitment to public service, interdisciplinary analysis, and the pursuit for solutions that are not only practical but sustainable, efficient, and grounded in American values.
